1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms apply between cxurl ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person registered on or using the platform ("User", "you", "your"). The platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

1.2 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the gaming services on the cxurl platform. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from using the platform. 3.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds on cxurl are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

cxurl follows a strict policy on bonus abuse. The following actions may result in bonus cancellation:

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Any manipulation or deliberate exploitation of promotional conditions.
• Following betting patterns that violate bonus terms.
• Using low-risk betting strategies that guarantee a self-imposed loss.

4.4 VIP Program & Cashback

The cxurl VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. Moving up to a higher tier is possible through regular and active play. Each VIP benefit is provided under its own terms and conditions.

5.1 Acceptable Use Policy

Users of the cxurl platform must refrain from the following activities:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
